Full Proposal by Daniel Blochwitz

Thanks for the meeting notes. Here a few corrections/addition regarding
"me", Daniel BlochWITZ (German: WITZ - JOKE; STEIN - STONE):

My Proposals:

1. In 1960, Christa Wolf followed a call to writers from the Russian newspaper "Isvestia" [sp?] to document as precisely as possible the day of September 27. She did so in a very personal, somewhat diaristic manner, for more than forty years. She recently published "One Day A Year, ". I
thought this would lent itself nicely as an interesting project for visual artists as well. There could be a show in which all of us document one day, kinda like an attentive "chance-encounter" with our everyday. This could be a one-time thing, or it could accumulate over the years into something more
... We could decide to also use September 27 (which would anchor the structure directly to Christa Wolf) or we could pick a different day ...

2. CommonSenses is a project of mine in its early conceptual stage. The main idea is to have a website that functions as a transdisciplinary, somewhat moderated hub/forum asking contributors to imagine a world we truly would like to live in. It's a utopian project, but with a very real base. The idea is based on "open-source" contributions, that allows anyone to participate, propose, edit, challenge, [...] according to each contributors expertise and/or experiences. Obviously this project should be grounded "offline", too, or at least expand eventually into real world. A potential exhibition could be a launching platform in which we -- as visual artists -- imagine a Utopian society, whatever that would mean to each of us ...

Do I make sense? Please let me know what you think. :)

Daniel
