October 10th, 2007 Artists Meeting – minutes

In attendance – James Andrews, Daniel Blochwitz, Bethany Fancher, G.H. Hovagimyan, Lara Star Martini. We welcomed Bethany to the group.

The discussion was about the next project and the Whitney Highline.


Aug.22nd site visit - dumbo

Meeting notes with Chris Herbeck from d.a.c

I met with Chris Herbeck and Emily Hunt at the Dumbo Arts Center. We then went to look at the projection site.

They don’t supply anything. We will need to get the projectors, players etc..


AUG. 21st special meeting minutes

Artists Meeting minutes august 21, 2007

In attendance were Leesa & Nicole Abahuni & gh. Discussion centered around what to do for the dumbo projections. L & N are proposing to do a video of a Baaci game where artists are interviewed while they play the game.

Ursula & James sent emails with questions that were discussed.

Artists Meeting Minutes August 8th 2007

In attendance, Leesa & Nicole Abahuni, Thomas Hutchinson, gh, Ursula Endlicher.

We looked over Ursula’s 10 questions and gh’s answers.
The Dumbo Arts Festival had requested some video links and gh provided a list of links that included, Raphaele Shirley, Lee Wells, Lara Star Martini, Ursula Endlicher, and Brian Caiazza & G.H. Hovagimyan.

The meeting discussion was around the possible exhibition at Brooklyn Polytech.

06/26/07 meeting minutes

the group met at 108 Leonard at the thing studio in the clocktower gallery.

the group discussed various proposals for potential exhibitions. These included:

daniel Blochwitz - 2 proposals

1. document 1 day. this is inspired by writing from Christa Wolf the eastgerman author who decided to document Sept. 22nd starting in 1962.
2. common sense. this was a proposal for an online/offline utopian community.
