Hi Ricardo,
yesterday the Frankfurt court convicted Andreas-Thomas
Vogel, domain-owner of libertad.de. The court considered the virtual
sit-in as 'extreme violence by electronic pulses'. We have a fine of 900 euros and, additionally, the costs of the court case to pay. The
application of the constitutional right to demonstration was denied.
It was a big media event on all news channels and in all papers in Germany, see:
The coverage was generally positive to us, even in mainstream media.
Libertad did not accept the ruling and has called for a new case. If
necessary we will probably continue to the Constitutional Court. Just to keep you informed.
Best wishes Jonas
